We welcome you to these ancient buildings, dating back to the ninth century AD, entirely rebuilt and renovated using natural materials in the style typical of Umbrian country houses and farmhouses, using local businesses and artisans.

We want to preserve the ecosystem both in terms of agricultural activity (organic certification) and tourist accommodation with:
natural materials: 100% organic cotton linens produced in the Vosges region of France, certified by Ecocert;
energy plan: heat pump, photovoltaic panels, electric battery, rainwater collection for irrigation, rational use of water, low consumption LED bulbs;
buying locally from local producers for the preparation of breakfast and other dishes on offer;
recycling;
composting container.
