Freshly prepared every morning, the abundant breakfast provides a healthy, balanced way to starts the day.
Our breakfast includes fresh fruit juice, bacon, cheese, eggs, yogurt, bread, jam, honey, fruit and much more.
It is served from 8:00 to 9:00 (or earlier on request) inside or outside, depending on the weather.
For a supplement, it can be served in your apartment.

Do not miss this instructive experience of a tasting of different organic and DOP extra virgin olive oils.

Truffle tasting
The Truffle is another Umbrian treasure: the prized Black Truffle from Norcia, Cascia and Spoleto or the White Truffle which is harvested in the Upper Tiber Valley, near Orvieto and the Eugubino-Gualdese Apennines. You can taste delicious truffle dishes at many local events.
